EFFECT OF WORK STRESS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STAFF IN PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN AKURE AKURE SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF ONDO STATE
ABSTRACT The study examined Effect of work stress on the effectiveness of staff in public secondary schools in akure local government area of ondo state. In view of this, four were raised to guide the study. The descriptive survey research method was used for this study. Data were collected as it is, analyzed and reported without manipulation or distortion of any of the variables. The population of the study comprises of all the staff in five selected secondary schools in Akure South Local Government Area . The total sample for this research work consists of one hundred (100) respondents (workers) in akure Akure South Local Government Area State.
